Prime Asset Managers (Pty) Ltd (PAM) has been authorised by the Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa, as an authorised financial services with FSP licence number 33933.

PAM has been authorised for various financial products under Category I (advice and intermediary services), Category II (discretionary investment services) and Category IIA (hedge funds). PAM has appointed Tshiamo Impact Partners and Shiluba Mawela as its representatives for various financial products under Category I (advice and intermediary services) and Category II (discretionary investment services).

As representatives of PAM, PAM takes responsibility for those financial services activities that are provided by Tshiamo Impact Partners and Shiluba Mawela, that fall within the scope of what PAM has appointed Tshiamo Impact Partners and Shiluba Mawela.
